Learning guide
How to run your sales on WhatsApp
Everything below happens inside WhatsApp Web — no new app to learn, nothing to import. Ten minutes start to finish. Propar only ever reads your chats; it never sends a message on your behalf.
Install the extension
Download the file, unzip it, and load the folder in Chrome. It takes about a minute and you only do it once.
- Download the extension — you get
wa-crm-extension.zip. - Double-click the file. You get a folder called wa-crm-extension.
- In Chrome, type
chrome://extensionsin the address bar and press Enter. - Turn on Developer mode with the switch in the top-right corner.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the wa-crm-extension folder.
Open WhatsApp Web
There is no sign-up form. Opening WhatsApp Web creates your workspace on its own — no email, no password, nothing to fill in.
Meet the Propar bar
One strip above your chat list. Tabs on the left filter by stage; the right side is your account and the way into the dashboard.
Tag your first lead
Hover any chat in the list. A small bar appears — pick a stage. That is the whole action; it saves to your dashboard within seconds.
Set a follow-up reminder
Open the lead card and pick a time. One tap for the common ones; a date picker if you need something specific.
Add notes to a lead
The lead card holds the phone number, notes, tasks and the full history — shared with everyone on your team, so nobody repeats a conversation.
Raise a ticket from a group message
In a WhatsApp group, every incoming message carries a 🎫 Create ticket chip. Use it when somebody asks for something that needs following up.
Read your dashboard
One sentence, one list. The queue answers a single question — who do I need to talk to right now — and every row says why it is there.
3 follow-ups are overdue and 5 people are waiting on a reply.
Add your team
Add a person, get a code, send it to them yourself. They enter it and join. Until they do, nothing changes for either of you.

Tag chats as you talk to people, set a reminder when you promise to follow up, and read the queue each morning. Everything else is built on those three habits.
